Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, day shift (12-hour days), every third weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing for adult patients in a 10-bed ICU setting.
• Manage patients with medical emergencies, post-surgical care, respiratory failure, sepsis, and other critical conditions.
• Collaborate with intensivists and hospitalists to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Stabilize and assist in the transfer of pediatric patients when necessary.
• Support stroke patients and coordinate with tele-neurology services as part of care management.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts, including every third weekend.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for critically ill adult patients, including post-surgical care and respiratory emergencies.
• Knowledge of stroke patient management and tele-neurology procedures.
• Ability to work in a community hospital ICU environment with interdisciplinary teams.
