Registered Nurse - Psychiatric
Location: Danvers, MA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, night shift, contract, 36 hours/week, on-site, potential for travel and local considerations

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and report observed symptoms, patient reactions to treatments, and safety status changes.
• Administer medications and monitor patients' responses.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide accurate health information and maintain comprehensive medical records.
• Respond to patient care needs, assist with activities of daily living, and promote a positive therapeutic environment.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and help develop individualized care plans.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid and current Massachusetts licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with addiction treatment services preferred but not required.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing.
• Knowledge of detoxification processes and withdrawal management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
