Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical and telemetary units.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient progress and ensure accurate, timely record-keeping in accordance with hospital policies.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 1-2 years of recent medical-surgical or telemetry nursing experience.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Community hospital experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience in community hospital settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
