Full-time, Night shift (7 PM - 7 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients during night shifts.
- Follow established protocols and ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Document patient conditions and treatment accurately using electronic health records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care plans.
- Adhere to facility policies, including floating to different units as needed.
- Comply with all licensure, certification, and competency requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina LVN or LPN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- NIHSS certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with EPIC electronic health records.
- Ability to float to various units within the facility as permitted by competency.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior medical-surgical nursing experience.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and handle floating assignments.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
