Key Responsibilities
- Perform computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures following standard protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging sessions.
- Set up and operate CT equipment, ensuring optimal image quality.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to deliver accurate diagnostic images.
- Maintain detailed records of procedures and patient information.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines during operation.
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois state licensure in radiologic technology or current application initiation.
- Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required.
- Knowledge of CT equipment and imaging techniques.
- Ability to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Willingness to adhere to OSF's drug-free campus policy, including negative drug screening.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience performing CT scans in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Familiarity with hospital imaging protocols and EMR systems.
