Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct therapeutic activities to support patients' physical and functional abilities.
• Document patient progress and communicate outcomes to the supervising therapist.
• Prepare treatment areas and assist with the setup of therapy equipment.
• Support patients' rehabilitation and ensure comfort during therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license or certification.
• Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and document patient progress accurately.
• Knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with documentation and electronic health records systems.
