Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute patient care in the emergency room setting, including stabilization and treatment of emergency cases.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting findings accurately in electronic health records.
• Administer medications and treatments using barcode medication scanning systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care for both inpatient and outpatient populations.
• Assist with procedures and care for patients in observation, inpatient, and outpatient settings.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, including badge-in and badge-out procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 2-3 years of Med Surg and/or ER experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Must badge in and out at the facility.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with inpatient, observation, and emergency department care.
• Prior experience working in a hospital with inpatient units and outpatient procedures.
• Knowledge of barcode medication administration.
