Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Float between designated facilities in Palo Alto and Cupertino as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on post-therapy care and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatment procedures.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and best practices.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in multiple outpatient clinics.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
