Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to any changes or emergencies.
- Document patient care and progress using electronic medical records (PCC).
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts reliably.
- Basic proficiency with electronic health records (PCC).
- Strong communication and bedside manners.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Knowledge of IV therapy (IV-C certification preferred).
- Experience working with electronic documentation systems.
- Prior experience working every third weekend and holidays as scheduled.
