Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in a senior living community.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote recovery and mobility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records via Net Health on provided iPads.
• Participate in building and supporting the new rehab team within the community.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee.
• Proven experience in providing therapy services in a senior or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to utilize electronic documentation tools effectively.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in retirement, memory care, or specialized elderly care environments.
• Familiarity with EHR systems, particularly Net Health.
• Compassionate approach tailored to senior populations.
