Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in a retirement community setting.
• Assess residents’ mobility, strength, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve residents’ quality of life and independence.
• Document treatment progress and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment in a well-equipped rehabilitation gym.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience working in a rehab or senior living environment preferred.
• Knowledge of therapy techniques for elderly populations, including memory care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in AL/IL and Memory Care settings.
• Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment and therapy methodologies for seniors.
• Certification in geriatric or specialized therapy areas is a plus.
