Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status.
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Document and report patient conditions to the healthcare team.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state-issued LVN or LPN license.
- Recent experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous night shift experience in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems.
