- Full-time, night shifts, temporary/contract
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients in a hospital setting during night shifts.
- Float to other campuses' ICU units (Bucyrus & Galion) as needed to maintain staffing levels and ensure quality care.
- Adhere to staffing ratios, typically 1:5, and comply with hospital policies.
- Follow medication scanning procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Submit all time-off requests within allowed limits, with no more than 7 days off at a time.
- Comply with scheduling restrictions, including no RTO during specified holiday periods in late November and December 2025 through early January 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Knowledge of medication scanning procedures.
- Willingness to float between campuses’ ICU units as needed.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working night shifts in a hospital ICU.
- Flexibility to work across multiple campus locations.
- Strong understanding of ICU protocols and emergency response procedures.
