Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the Endoscopy Lab, supporting procedures such as EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, and EUS
- Assist with patient preparation, monitoring during procedures, and post-procedure care
- Collaborate with a team of RNs and GI techs to ensure efficient and safe procedures
- Adhere to unit policies and safety guidelines while maintaining high-quality patient care
- Utilize EMR systems for documentation and communication during shifts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, specifically in GI or Endoscopy settings
- Valid RN license in the state of Colorado
- Experience with procedures such as EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, or EUS
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle stressful situations calmly
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACL and/or PALS certification
- Familiarity with endoscopy equipment and technology
- Ability to work with minimal call and weekend hours
