Key Responsibilities
• Provide surgical support within a busy operating room environment.
• Assist with sterile procedures and instrumentation.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Adhere to all unit policies and safety protocols.
• Support various surgical service lines, including CV, Urology, General, GYN, Orthopedics, Vascular, Robotics, ENT, and Neurosurgery.
Required Qualifications
• Valid certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST or FA).
• At least 1 year of OR experience.
• Ability to work day shifts and support on-call requirements.
• Comfortable working with robotic systems preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in high-volume surgical units.
• Experience with diverse surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
• Positive attitude aligned with a culture of safety.
