Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, developing individualized treatment plans.
- Assess patients' conditions and monitor progress, adjusting therapy as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and injury prevention.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
