Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized intensive care nursing to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor patient vitals and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
- Document patient status and care activities accurately.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state nursing license (PA).
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced ICU environment.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
