Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services primarily in orthopedic and neurological settings.
• Assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals through tailored therapy plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform inpatient therapy sessions when required, supporting hospital-based recovery programs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid New Mexico Occupational Therapist license (pending licenses accepted, including travelers).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to work primarily outpatient, with some inpatient responsibilities.
• Willingness to work with orthopedic and neurological patient populations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic charting or similar EHR systems.
• Prior outpatient orthopedic and neurological therapy experience.
• Flexibility to work longer contracts exceeding 13 weeks.
