- Full-time, shifts including days and nights
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to ICU and PCU patients in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and maintain thorough records
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Nebraska
- Proven experience in ICU or critical care nursing
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of acute patient management
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working within a regional healthcare setting
- Familiarity with hospital automation and documentation systems
- Ability to adapt to variable shift schedules including day and night shifts
