Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
Location: Cypress, TX
Schedule / Job Type: Travel, 13-week assignment, Days shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Perform procedures including CPR, laceration repair, thrombolytic therapy, and orthopedic care.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the medical team.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Adhere to unit policies, protocols, and safety guidelines.
  Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Emergency Department.
• Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Certification, TNCC.
• Ability to handle a variety of ER procedures and patient needs.
  Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience with Meditech EMR system.
• Strong ability to work in a team and adapt to a high-pressure environment.
