- Albemarle, NC
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 8-week assignment, 36-48 hours per week, rotating schedule, days shift (7am-7pm), every other weekend; local candidates only; no on-call; holiday schedule as assigned
Key Responsibilities
- Provide licensed practical nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor resident health status and report any concerns to the healthcare team
- Document resident care accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality resident care
- Float to different units within the facility as needed
Required Qualifications
- NC LPN license active and in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of GERIATRIC LPN experience
- BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in LTC or SNF environments
- Ability to adapt to rotating schedules and float to different units
