Key Responsibilities
- Assist circulator and surgeon during surgical procedures.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment for patients at all times under the supervision of qualified operating room personnel.
- Support the surgical team by preparing instruments and supplies as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control policies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Provide on-call support as required.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant healthcare or surgical technician certification.
- Ability to maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and instrumentation.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a surgical or operating room setting.
- Familiarity with hospital or clinical procedures and standards.
