Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.), rotating weekends, no on-call required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Medical-Surgical setting
• Manage patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation in Epic
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Perform IV starts and manage cardiac GTT as needed
• Float within scope to meet unit and facility needs during shifts
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to hospital policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina or Compact nursing license prior to start
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
• Proficient in IV starts and basic cardiac management skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Telemetry experience and management of cardiac GTT are advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
