Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care for a busy ED with 82 treatment spaces, including float support within area acuity needs
• Perform procedures such as moderate sedation, trauma care, splints, and traction
• Manage patient flow and safety, maintaining a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 or 1:5
• Chart patient information using Cerner electronic health records system
• Collaborate with emergency department team to deliver high-quality patient care, including holiday coverage

Required Qualifications

• Valid DE or compact RN license, with license number and expiration date
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in emergency nursing
• Current certifications with valid expiration dates
• Full SSN, DOB, and home address for credentialing purposes

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with moderate sedation, trauma, splints, and traction procedures
• Ability to float within various areas of acuity as needed
