Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient patients with a variety of conditions, including post-operative recovery, vestibular therapy, and industrial testing.
• Provide high-quality, personalized patient care while maintaining productivity expectations.
• Conduct approximately 12-14 patient visits per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits as needed.
• Coordinate with clinic leadership for approval of OT hours when applicable.
• Float to other clinics within the network to support patient care needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Louisiana.
• Outpatient clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcomed.
• Willingness to travel and work at multiple clinic locations.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed.
• Flexibility to work days on a full-time schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with vestibular therapy, post-op rehab, or industrial testing is a plus.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
• Ability to handle a busy caseload efficiently, averaging 60 visits per week.
