Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and best practices.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and track progress to support recovery goals.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
• Adhere to facility and regulatory policies, including safety and compliance standards.
• Maintain certification requirements and stay current with industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Nebraska.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong patient communication and assessment skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
