Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Location
• Anchorage, AK

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, travel assignment, dayshift (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM), with call requirements

Key Responsibilities
• Provide perioperative nursing care in a busy operating room setting within a facility with 11 ORs
• Assist with a range of procedures including total joints, multi-level spine fusions, and robotic cases (GYN, colorectal, general)
• Act as a patient advocate and circulator, ensuring patient safety and smooth workflow
• Maintain sterile field and support surgical team members during procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver efficient and effective patient care
• Manage patient care before, during, and after surgeries, following unit protocols

Required Qualifications
• Valid Alaska RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Experience as an OR RN, with ability to serve as a circulator and scrub tech preferred
• CNOR certification is a plus

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in orthopedic, neuro, and robotic surgeries
• Previous experience as a circulator and scrub nurse
• Ability to float within the unit and adapt to varying patient loads
