Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to residents at a veterans home
• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Execute therapy sessions to improve residents' functional abilities
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Adhere to facility policies and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapist license/license in good standing for the state of Montana
• Relevant degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a long-term care or veterans facility
• Knowledge of geriatric therapy practices
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to individual resident needs
