Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document findings in electronic health records.
- Support patients with respiratory, diabetic, and general medical-surgical needs.
- Observe and report any changes in patient status, including psychiatric observations and end-of-life care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare protocols and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an RN.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to pass an EKG exam during onboarding.
- Flexibility to work nights and available to work 2 out of 4 holidays, including Christmas and New Year’s.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records.
- Previous charge nurse experience preferred.
- Experience in telemetry, surgical, psychiatric, or hospice care.
- First-time travelers encouraged to apply.
