Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to individuals requiring telemetry monitoring and support.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to patient needs promptly.
• Float to various units including emergency department holds, inpatient units, PACU, and other boarding units as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards, including mandatory certifications and protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid BLS (American Heart Association) certification.
• Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Ability to work rotating days and nights with every other weekend commitment.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM or 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM).
• Willingness to work weekends, including some holiday periods, with no time off approved during Christmas.
• Must have recent experience in a Level 1 trauma setting or be willing to acquire it if no prior travel experience.
• Separate from any BILH employment for at least 6 months if previously employed there.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS (American Heart Association) certification.
• NIHSS certification.
• Prior experience in telemetry and Level 1 trauma environments.
• Flexibility to float across multiple units and work in various clinical settings.
