Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical-Surgical unit.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care activities accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Respond to patient needs and manage emergencies as necessary.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of Medical Surgical nursing experience.
- Active MA nursing license.
- BLS certification from AHA.
- Basic MS experience for Medical Surgical J6 Bartley unit.
- Must be separated from the employing organization for at least 6 months (including perm, per diem, or contract work).
- Must have an BILH coversheet at time of submission.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working night shifts in a hospital setting.
- Strong patient assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
