Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in a Level I Trauma Center within a short-term acute care setting
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:7, with additional support from PCCs and LPNs
• Deliver compassionate nursing services to adult patients in a hospital environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with all safety standards

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing
• Valid and in-compliance license with NLC guidelines (no pending licenses accepted)
• Proven experience in a Level I Trauma and large hospital setting
• Ability to handle on-call duties as needed
• Strong team nursing skills in a fast-paced hospital environment

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a Level I Trauma Center or similar high-acuity setting
• Experience with night shift schedules in a hospital setting
