Job Title

• Full-time, Day shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients with varying acuity levels, including medical-surgical, progressive care, and intensive care cases.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changing conditions with appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately using electronic health records.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to facility policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
• At least 18 months of ICU experience in an acuity-adaptable unit.
• Valid in-state nursing license in Indiana.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• Willing to work Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience managing higher patient-to-nurse ratios (1:2 to 1:5 based on acuity).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mixed patient-care environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
