Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient nursing care in a fast-paced outpatient/urgent care setting.
- Perform high-volume blood and lab draws, including difficult sticks.
- Administer IV therapies and ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Document patient encounters accurately using Epic electronic charting system.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
- Occasionally float within scope to meet facility needs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California LVN or LPN license.
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
- At least 2 years of outpatient experience.
- IV certification with proficiency in difficult IV starts and blood draws.
- Flu vaccination (no exemptions or declinations).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous outpatient or urgent care experience.
- Comfortable working with high patient volume and complex procedures.
