Registered Nurse - ICU
Location: Weston, WV
Schedule / Job Type: Night shifts, 4x12s or 3x12s, full-time, permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide critical care nursing services to ICU and step-down patients
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, responding to emergencies promptly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and treatments
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
Required Qualifications: - Valid RN license (pending license accepted with prior approval)
- BLS, ACLS, NIHHS certifications
- 2-5 years of ICU nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and flexibly in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills: - Experience with patient ratios of 3:1 in ICU settings
- Comfortable floating within scope to meet facility needs
- Demonstrated dependability and adaptability in critical care settings
