Job Title
- IR / Special Procedures Technician

- Day shift, full-time, contract
Key Responsibilities
- Perform interventional radiology and special procedures accurately and efficiently during scheduled shifts.
- Rotate through various units and campuses as needed, adhering to floating policies and demonstrating competencies for each assignment.
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure quality patient care and procedure outcomes.
- Maintain all required certifications and stay current with institutional policies and procedures.
- Respond to call duty once per week and every fifth weekend as part of the schedule.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification in radiologic technology.
- SCRQSA certification for those working in South Carolina.
- BLS certification.
- Prior neuro and IR procedure experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital environment with interventional radiology procedures.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different units and team environments.
- Knowledge of Prisma Health policies, including floating protocols.
