• Document patient treatments and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications
• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona.
• Proven experience in providing outpatient or inpatient physical therapy services.
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
