Key Responsibilities

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Support patient education and engagement throughout therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Prior experience working in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent understanding of occupational therapy techniques and protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with outpatient therapy services.
• Knowledge of therapy documentation and electronic health records.
