Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to clients across various needs.
• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities aimed at improving clients' independence and functional skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed.
• Educate clients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home programs.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility in the state of Massachusetts.
• Proven experience in occupational therapy, ideally in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with pediatric or adult therapy as applicable.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
