Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts (6pm - 6:30am), 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), bathing, and meal setup for residents.
- Assist on two floors, with potential to float between units as needed.
- Follow standard procedures for long-term care and skilled nursing facility residents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient care.
- Support charge responsibilities as assigned without additional charge rate.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Current BLS certification.
- Proficiency in using Point Click Care (PCC) or similar electronic health records.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to multiple facility floors.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or residential care facility.
- Comfortable floating between floors as needed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
