Schedule / Job Type

• Contract, 13-week assignment, 30 hours guaranteed per week, rotating shifts, start ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients to improve their daily living and working skills
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy techniques and monitor patient progress
• Document patient sessions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adjust therapy approaches based on patient response and progress

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of California
• Basic understanding of therapy techniques and assessments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate with patient-focused attitude

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital, rehab, or outpatient setting
• Knowledge of diverse therapy modalities and patient populations
