Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive telemetry nursing care to patients in an acute care hospital setting.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding promptly to abnormal findings.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and patient privacy regulations.
- Float within scope to support various units or sister facilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina or multi-state/compact RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Epic EMR experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of telemetry nursing experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- NIHSS certification.
- Experience managing patient ratios of 1:5.
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts each week.
- Open to first-time travelers and those requiring flexible scheduling with manager approval.
