Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to emergency department patients in a fast-paced hospital setting.
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines, including TNCC certification (must have prior to start).
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Must have valid TNCC certification prior to starting.
- Minimum 1 year of recent emergency room nursing experience.
- Ability to work scheduled days from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in emergency departments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a high-volume, critical care environment.
