Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location: Mayfield Heights, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Night shifts, full-time, permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide responsible and compassionate nursing care to adult patients on the Medical Surgical and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient health status, including ECG rhythm recognition and assessment of vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 months recent full-time experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing.
• Valid Ohio license or active Compact State license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition test and medication safety assessments during orientation.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience in a hospital setting, preferably with Cleveland Clinic locations.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
