Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location
• Mayfield Heights, OH
Schedule / Job Type
• Night shift, full-time, 3-12 hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide bedside nursing care to patients in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond to cardiac emergencies
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient assessments, care plans, and interventions accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols, including compliance with BLS and ACLS standards
Required Qualifications
• Permanent Ohio RN license or current license in a Compact State
• Minimum of 18 months recent experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing
• BLS & ACLS certifications required
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safe medication assessment during orientation
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a hospital environment, preferably in a large medical center
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple patients effectively
