Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapy sessions to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional ability.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
- State licensure or eligibility to practice in Mississippi.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and treatment techniques.
