Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

• Anchorage, AK

Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, 13-week assignment, Day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit, including oncology patients
• Perform basic bedside procedures within a Med Surg scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments using equipment such as Alaris Pumps and Pyxis systems
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient care accurately in the Epic EMR system
• Adapt to varying patient census and unit needs while maintaining quality care

Required Qualifications
• Active Alaska RN license (must have prior permanent licensure)
• Current NIH certification
• BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with chemotherapy administration (chemo)
• ACLS certification
• Familiarity with Epic EMR and hospital equipment
