- Travel, Night Shift, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity ICU setting.
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, including those with liver and kidney failure or transplants.
- Perform advanced procedures such as intubations, line placements, thoracentesis, paracentesis, EGD, and bronchoscopies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Utilize advanced equipment including CRRT, ventilators, hemodynamic monitors, and EMR systems.
- Maintain compliance with ICU policies and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience.
- Experience with critical care procedures and complex patient management.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Meditech or similar EMR systems.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience treating patients with liver and kidney failure and/or post-transplant care.
- Familiarity with advanced ICU equipment and technologies.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
