Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, Night shifts, 8-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive patient care on a 28-bed Medical/Surgical/Oncology unit.
• Perform bedside procedures including basic medical-surgical interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments, including chemo and assist with patient assessments.
• Utilize electronic medical records (Epic) for documentation and communication.
• Collaborate with a team of RNs and PCTs to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with unit policies, including safety protocols and dress code.
Required Qualifications
• Active, valid Alaska RN license.
• NIH certification.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to perform basic Med Surg procedures.
• Outgoing and flexible personality suitable for working in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with chemotherapy administration.
• ACLS certification.
• Knowledge of Epic EMR and use of Alaris Pumps and Pyxis medication systems.
• Previous experience in a busy Med/Surg or Oncology unit.
