Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting.
- Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and update treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Follow hospital protocols and safety procedures to ensure patient safety.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska or able to obtain licensure.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical unit.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts reliably.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital acute care setting.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
